Arcebasov Arthur was born in 1970 in Kazakhstan.

He has finished the Voroshilovgrad art college in 1989.

From 1990 to 1991 he served in the Armed Forces of USSR.

In 2000 he has finished Ukrainian Printing Institute in Lvov.

He works in neo-romanticism.
